OUI, Drug Possession and Assault with a Dangerous Weapon
The following information about recent local arrests and charges was supplied by the Attleboro Police Department. An arrest and/or charge does not indicate a conviction.

The following represents arrests between Sept. 11 and Sept. 13.
Sept. 11
- *2:05 p.m. Dorie Monse, 30, of 7 Spring St. No. 3 was arrested at 7 Spring St. for suspicion of domestic assault and battery.
- 3:35 p.m. Rhonda Flower, 46, of 195 Brown St. was arrested at her home on a warrant and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
- 9:46 p.m. Kara Tennant, 35, of 302 S. Main St. Apt. 3 was arrested at her home for suspicion of domestic assault and battery.
- 7:46 a.m. Andrew Masse, 23, of 25 Blue Heron Dr. was arrested at Locust St. for suspicion of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, speeding in violation of special regulation and a warrant for OUI liquor
- 2:01 p.m. Elias Santos-Ramos, 31, of Boston was arrested at Snell St. on a warrant and charged with trespassing
- 6:58 p.m. Bruce Halliday, 51, of Pawtucket RI was arrested at 1003 Oakhill Ave. for suspicion of violating an abuse prevention order.
- 11:14 a.m. Robert Beattie, 24, of N. Attleboro was arrested at 1099 Washington St. for suspicion of possession of a Class A substance.
- 11:20 a.m. Riecke Dellek, 20, of Foxboro, was arrested at 1099 Washington St. for suspicion of possession of a Class A substance.
- 4:24 p.m. Courtney Goguen, 19, of 40 Brookhaven Dr. Apt. 11 was arrested at her home for suspicion of assault.
- 5:35 p.m. Michael Drew, 31, of 11 Spring St. was arrested at 195 Pine St. for suspicion of disturbing the peace.
- 6 p.m. Luis Roldan, 30, of 8 1/2 School St. was arrested at South Ave. for suspicion of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and marked lanes violation
- 6:20 p.m. Natick Sands, 20, of 209 Pine St. Apt. 2 was arrested at his home on a warrant and charged with assault with a dangerous weapon
