12 p.m. UPDATE Full power has been restored, according to National Grid. ___ Nearly 200 National Grid customers lost power this morning in downtown Attleboro. There has been no official word on what caused the outage, but a witness says a worker near the <a href="https://patch.com/A-xvF6" rel="nofollow">Intermodal Transportation Center project site</a> struck a wire. Some power could be restored as soon as 11:30 a.m., but full power is not expected to return until 1:15 p.m., according to National Grid's website.
