Seekonk: Shoplifting with Child, Drug Dealing
Four arrests are reported for Nov. 19-25.

The Seekonk Police Department reported the following recent arrests (an arrest does not indicate a conviction):
Nov. 19
- *1:30 p.m. James J. Bolton, 61, of Seekonk was arrested following a traffic stop near the intersection of Central Avenue and Coyle Drive. He was arrested on suspicion of OUI liquor, drinking alcohol from an open container in a motor vehicle and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.

- 11:59 a.m. William John Andrews Jr., 43, of Providence was arrested at The Home Depot on 95 Highland Ave. following a call about shoplifting. He had a child with him, according to the police log. Andrews was arrested on suspicion of shoplifting and child endangerment.
- 1:27 p.m. Yanai Marciano, 27, of Providence was arrested at Sam's Club on 1110 Fall River Ave. following a call about shoplifting. He was arrested on suspicion of larceny over $250 and use of a motor vehicle in the commission of a felony.

- 5:45 a.m. Matthew Edward Kempke, 23, of Seekonk was arrested at his Back Street home as part of an investigation. He was arrested on suspicion of possession of a class D drug with intent to distribute and possession of a controlled substance in, on or near a school.
