Shoplifting, OUI and Fugitive from Justice

The following information about recent local arrests and charges was supplied by the Attleboro Police Department. An arrest and/or charge does not indicate a conviction.

The following represents arrests between August 26 and August 28.

Aug. 26

  • *2:18 a.m. Erin Giles, 17, of N. Attleboro was arrested at 999 Read St. for suspicion of possession of liquor under the age of 21
  • 2:29 p.m. Jason Leal, 28, of Cumberland RI was arrested at 287 Washington St. for suspicion of shoplifting and possession of a class B substance.
  • 2:32 p.m. Andrew Tschuta, 23, of Pawtucket RI was arrested at 287 Washington St. for suspicion of shoplifting, resisting arrest, possessing a burglarious instrument and defacing property.
  • 10:25 p.m. Ashley O'Brien, 26, of Central Falls RI was arrested at O'Neil Boulevard for suspicion of OUI liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.
Aug. 27
  • 1:28 a.m. Devin Gorman, 27, of 8 Maple St. Apt. 4 was arrested at 8 Maple St. for suspicion of domestic assault and battery
  • 2:34 p.m. Randy Velez, 22, of Dorchester was arrested at 1315 Newport Ave. for suspicion of disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace, assault and battery on a public employee and providing a false name after arrest
Aug. 28
  • 2:07 a.m. Christopher Kutash-Frost, 28, of 35 Alder St. was arrested at 150 Maple St. on a warrant and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
  • 3:07 p.m. Jason McDaniel, 38, of 2100 County St. Apt. 27 was arrested at his home for a fugitive from justice on court warrant
  • 7:19 p.m. Jorge Alamo, 50, of 230 Brown St. was arrested at 63 N. Main St. for suspicion of OUI liquor 2nd offense, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and failure to stop/yield.
  • 9:46 p.m. Agustin Ramos, 30, was arrested at 49 S. Ave. for suspicions of domestic assault and battery.
