Boston Realty Advisors Sell Two Newbury Buildings

Boston Realty Advisors (BRA), a Boston-based, full-service commercial brokerage firm, today announced that it has sold two buildings on Newbury Street in Boston's Back Bay. The buildings are located at 225 and 227 Newbury Street between Exeter and Fairfield Streets. Boston Realty Advisors represented the seller, The Mount Vernon Company; the buyer, The Copley Group, was self-represented.

The Boston Realty Advisors' team, Christopher Sower and Jason S. Weissman, handled the sales assignment. Paul Natalizio of Cornerstone Realty Consultants represented The Copley Group with the debt placement and South Shore Savings Bank provided the long-term financing.
