Back Bay Girl Scouts Total Over 3,000 Boxes of Cookies

That's a whole lot of cookies combined.

Three Back Bay-based Girl Scouts were among those that sold more than 500 boxes of cookies this year.

Samantha Savitz of Charlestown, who goes to school in Back Bay, sold 507 boxes. Olivia Iserman-Czech, who lives on Beacon Street, sold 518. And Nicki Ribakoff, also on Beacon Street, sold a whopping 2,448 boxes of Girl Scout cookies this year.

With the money the girls earned from selling cookies, they plan to take a trip with their troop to Rockingham Ranch in New York and attend the 100th anniversary of Forever Green Camporee this June.
