Bay State College's Nursing Program Receives Accreditation

's associate degree in nursing program recently received  accreditation from the NLNAC, the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission.

The program graduated its first class in May 2012, beginning what the college believes will be a strong tradition of graduating highly-skilled nurses.

“Congratulations to our Vice President of Academic Affairs, the Dean of our Nursing program and all the faculty, students and staff who helped accomplish this tremendous goal,” said Craig Pfannenstiehl, President of Bay State College. “This accreditation is the product of a lot of hard work and the manifestation of our core values: Quality, Respect and Support.”

The Associate Degree in Nursing program offers:

• State-of-the-art dedicated nursing suite complete with smart boards, high fidelity simulation room, and debriefing facility all adjacent to the college library.
• Computer based exams with NCLEX-RN style questions to best prepare students for their licensure exam.
