The French Cultural Center is pleased to welcome Bryan Owens Bryson to unearth the facts surrounding the popular claim that drinking red wine makes you live longer.
A PhD candidate in MIT's Biological Engineering program, Bryson focuses on cells' reception and transmission of signals, with a particular focus on cancer and diabetes. He will discuss the science behind red wine as the fountain of youth: how it works, if it works, and what it means for scientists and red wine enthusiasts alike.
Talk will be presented in English and followed by a red wine reception.
