Hour of Power YOGA Flow
Here are five things that are going on in and around the neighborhood.

1. Another Wicked Hot Day: The National Weather Service predicts a sunny Monday with a high of 90 degrees. The evening will partly cloud over and level out around 74 degrees.
2. Hour of Power YOGA flow: Start the day off on a mindful, relaxed note with Hour of Power Yoga at the A.I.C. Center, 38 Newbury St. Instructor Alex Kamin has taught yoga to people of all different backgrounds and walks of life with the mission of bringing peace and authentic joy to her students. Class costs $10 per class, 5 classes for $45 and a $2 mat rental fee. Classes run from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m.
3. St. Botolph Neighborood Association will mull Harcourt St. project: The project, which requires height and other zoning variances, has run into opposition from neighbors in the area. The Thursday association meeting will consider the variances needed before the developers go before the city's Zoning Board of Appeals.

4. Learning for Life Online Introduction: The BPL is offering a self-guided program to help people understand the tools and develop theskills needed for life online. It is asked that you have some understanding of the mouse, keyboard and basic internet skills. This free workshop is at 2:30 p.m. and goes until 3:30 p.m. at the central library at 700 Boylston Street.
5. Native Arts: The Boston Children’s Museum has a stunning collection of contemporary art work from Native Communities from all over New England on display. This blend of current methods and traditional techniques in beadworks, baskets, paintings and sculptures offer a unique window for children to understand the origins of local Natives.
