Sat. Feb. 5
- Gledson Carols, of 17 Vinal St., was arrested at 3:26 a.m. on Berkeley Street, and charged with operating without a license.
- Keith Fraga, of 784 Mass Ave., was arrested at 11:06 a.m. and charged with wilful and malicious destruction of property at 870 Mass Ave.
- Police responded to a demonstration at 205 Dartmouth Street at 11:34 a.m.
- Police responded at 4:20 p.m. to shoplifting over $200 from 501 Boylston St.
- Police responded to 698 Beacon St. at 7:30 p.m. for larceny over $200 from a vehicle.
- Police responded to report of larceny over $200 from 201 Newbury St. at 6:30 p.m.
- Police responded at 11:29 p.m. to 500 Commonwealth Ave. for a report of larceny over $200.

- Police responded to an assault and battery at 205 Beacon St. at 2:54 a.m.
- Police responded at 8:30 am. to a report of stolen licence plates at 200 Berkeley St.
- At 10 a.m. police responded to a report of vandalism at 504 Beacon St.
- Police responded to 316 Newbury St. at 12 p.m. for a report of fraud.
- A car was towed outside 415 Newbury St. at 11:25 a.m.
- Police responded at 11:29 p.m. to a report of larceny over $200 at 500 Commonwealth Ave.
- Edwin Ortiz, of 1049 Tremont St., Apt. 52, was arrested at 1:40 p.m. at his home, and charged with assault and battery.
Mon. Feb. 7
- Police responded to an assault and battery at 90 Exeter St. at 2:15 a.m.
- Lurgy Dumornay, of 66 Westmore Rd, Mattapan, was arrested at 12:46 p.m. at 217 Commonwealth Ave., and charged with possession of Class D drugs, with intent to distribute.
- Police responded at 1:23 p.m. to report of harassing phone calls at 172 Newbury St.
