Power Issues Impacting 8 MBTA Stations: Updated
Elevator, escalator service unavailable on parts of the Orange Line, as of 10:45 a.m. Tuesday.

Update, 11:39 a.m.: The MBTA says the power issues have been resolved, and elevators/escalators are again functioning at the impacted stations.
A heads up to riders, particularly any with a wheelchair or other mobility challenges: due to what the Mass. Bay Transit Authority is calling a "power problem," there is no escalator or elevator service at several stations on the Orange Line.
That notice came shortly before 10:40 a.m. Tuesday from the MBTA, which says an alternative shuttle bus service will be provided. Those in need of assistance can reach out to station personnel or uysea station call box for assistance.
