Rose Garden Party Winner Gets Beautiful Prize

A Newtonville woman was the winner of a 14-carat rose-gold pendant that was raffled off at the 17th Annual Rose Garden Party fundraiser held last month at the Kelleher Rose Garden in the Back Bay Fens.
In the picture above, Boston Parks Commissioner Antonia M. Pollak, left, congratulates Sarah Cailler for winning the necklace, valued at $1,700, according to the city.
The necklace was donated by Donna DePrisco, a Rose Garden Committee member, of DePrisco Diamond Jewelers. It came enhanced with a round, full-cut diamond center on an 18-inch 14-carat rose gold chain.

Those who attended the June 13 Rose Garden Party could purchase $20 tickets to win the necklace or a 100 percent wool contemporary hand-crafted rug valued at $1,000 from Dover Rug in Natick, according to the city.
