The Dept of Conservation &amp; Recreation has issued the following traffic advisory for Sunday morning. Plan accordingly! 5 a.m. to 12 p.m.: Traffic will be restricted to one lane on the eastbound side of Storrow Drive near the Tunnel. 7 a.m. to 1 p.m.: DCR plans to close access to the Berkeley Street tunnel (underpass) and at times the high-speed lane on Storrow Drive westbound up to the off-ramp to Arlington St. The ramp will remain open except for the few minutes when we will do our load tests.
