Swet Studio® sessions are a group experience in which participants are individually suspended in silk hammocks, free of the cares and noises of the earth, and directed to a state of inner calm. It's a calming, soothing session where the body and mind work together to restore spirit and vigor. This session involves rehabilitative approaches as well as levitating meditations, joint opening positions, and a floating savasana, making it ideal for those in recovery (cocoon). You'll experience the delightful sensation of "floating"!
