Time Capsule Celebrates Brewer Fountain Completion

The new "urban oasis" includes patio tables, umbrellas, a "reading room" area with carts stocked with books, magazines and chess and checker boards, high-end food trucks, and a piano player providing daily lunchtime entertainments.
