Another person is set to stand trial for the murder starting in March 2026.
FALMOUTH, MA — Tishaun Miller has been found guilty for his involvement in a 2022 Falmouth murder.
With this verdict, the jury found that, on Sept. 22, 2022, Kimberly McCarthy drove Vincent Purdie, Charee Rainey, and Tishaun Miller to 250 Davisville Rd. in Falmouth to find Doug Rose.
The day before, Rose had stolen drugs from McCarthy, officials said. Rainey had given the drugs to McCarthy for her to sell for him, they added.

After arriving in Falmouth, Rainey broke in through a side door and chased Rose out the front door where Miller was waiting for him. Miller grabbed Rose and then, along with Rainey, repeatedly stabbed him, officials said.
Miller and Rainey then fled in the car driven by McCarthy.

In addition to eyewitness testimony, law enforcement officers used cell site location data to put Miller's and Rainey's phones in the area of McCarthy's house and 250 Davisville Rd. before and at the time of the homicide.
Law enforcement officers also located a knife in close proximity to the site of the homicide that was sent for DNA testing. Forensic testing revealed that the victim's DNA and Miller's DNA were on the knife.
On Dec. 2, 2025, Miller was sentenced to life in jail without the possibility of parole.
Charee Rainey is also charged with murder. A trial in that case will begin on March 30, 2026.
