2 Injured In Cape Cod Industrial Accident
Contact with electrical wires sent two people to area hospitals with injuries, officials said.
BARNSTABLE, MA — Two people were injured in what Cape Cod officials are calling an industrial accident over the weekend.
Barnstable police officials responded to a Hamden Circle residence in Hyannis around 5:15 p.m. on Sunday.
Two people were transported by Hyannis Fire Department personnel after suffering injuries from contact with electrical wires, officials said. One person was transported to Cape Cod Hospital, while the other was transported to a Boston-area hospital by Med Flight.

The Cape & Islands’ State Police Detective Unit is investigating the incident, officials said.
