Barnstable 2025 Memorial Day Activities

BARNSTABLE, MA — The Memorial Day holiday is here, meaning many people will be off work on Monday.

Though it likely won't be as warm as the holiday typically is, there are still events planned in Barnstable.

They include wreath laying commemorations at the John F. Kennedy Memorial & Korean War Memorial at 9 a.m. at Veterans Beach Park, 480 Ocean St., Hyannis, and at 10 a.m. at the JFK Hyannis Museum, 397 Main Street, Hyannis.

The JFK Hyannis Museum will open at 10 a.m. on Memorial Day.

Barnstable offices and trash and recycling will also take Monday off.
