Daniel Beltran is a retired social worker who has extensive experience directing social service agencies that address homelessness, domestic violence, AIDS, and hospice care. Daniel, who is bilingual (Spanish/English), has dedicated his career to advocating for equality for all members of our society. Since retiring to Cape Cod, Daniel has maintained a part-time position for the Town of Brewster in the Human Resources Department. He resides with his husband, in Brewster.

Edgar Miranda is a retired educator who began his career as an ESL/Bilingual teacher. Over the years, he has taught students at all levels from kindergarten through university graduate studies. He also has administrative experience as an elementary school principal and director of several ESL/Bilingual programs. Most recently, Edgar was elected to the Eastham Elementary School Committee for a three-year term. In June 2021, he was appointed as the senior pastor at the Provincetown United Methodist Church. Edgar currently resides in Eastham.
