Former Pats Coach Bill Belichick Lists MA Cottage For $3.895 Million

NANTUCKET, MA — A piece of prime real estate has been listed by one of New England's most legendary sports figures.

Bill Belichick has listed one of his Nantucket properties for sale, according to a listing. Photos of the home can be viewed at that link.

The 3 North Gully Rd. cottage features two bedrooms and two bathrooms in a 1,500 sq. ft. layout. It was listed for $3.895 million on Aug. 22.

Belichick's Nantucket cottage features renovations throughout the last decade, including an added bedroom, new countertops and air conditioning.

The Nantucket Current said Belichick owns multiple properties on Nantucket, located in 'Sconset, so this property going for sale doesn't mean Belichick will be leaving the island forever.

In fact, the now North Carolina head coach won't even be leaving North Gully Road, as the Current reports that he's building a new home at 7 North Gully Rd.
