Cape Cod Nonprofit Housing Assistance Adds 4 Board Members
With the new appointments, the Housing Assistance board has expanded to a total of 19 directors.
HYANNIS, MA — Housing Assistance, a Cape and Islands nonprofit focused on addressing housing insecurity for residents through emergency shelter, subsidy and educational programs, and the development of housing, recently announced the appointment of four new members to its Board of Directors.
The new directors are:
- Katie Clancy, Sales Vice President for The Cape House at William Raveis Real Estate
- Paul Niedzwiecki, CEO of the Cape Cod Chamber of Commerce
- Tammy (Glivinski) Saben, President of Saben HR Consulting
- Andrea Silbert, President of the Eos Foundation
“Our organization is bolstered by the addition of these four directors, who bring decades of experience across many areas including strategic leadership, public policy, real estate, marketing, economic development, finance, and nonprofit governance,” said Housing Assistance Board Chair Bill Bogdanovich. “Their knowledge and guidance will support our mission and enable us to be even more responsive to the housing needs of Cape Cod.”

In addition to Chair Bodganovich, the board’s Executive Committee includes Vice Chair Peter Freeman, Treasurer Paul Ruchinskas, Clerk Ashley Moore Baker, and At-Large Members Cathy Gibson, Alex Rodolakis and Dr. Kumara Sidhartha.
