Chatham To Host 'Fireworks & Fun' Event

CHATHAM, MA — Cape Cod is fertile ground for July 4 celebrations, and Chatham is no exception.

On July 2, the town will host its "Fireworks & Fun" event, bringing together live music, children's activities and, of course, a fireworks display.

The event starts at 6 p.m. at Veterans Field, where snacks and dinner will be available. Officials say those who plan to attend should bring a blanket or lawn chair.

Children's activities will be available throughout the night, with live music from the Jeff Lowe Band running from 8 to 9 p.m. The fireworks display kicks of at 9 p.m.
