Crane Strikes Cape Cod Fish Market
Town officials in Orleans said the market is closed for the season and no one was injured. Here's what to know.

ORLEANS, MA — An industrial accident resulted in a crane striking a Cape Cod fish market, officials said.
On Nov. 7, construction activity was underway as part of Orleans' ongoing Rock Harbor improvement project.
During this activity, a crane "made contact" with Young's Fish Market. The market is closed for the season and no one was injured.

In a news release, Orleans officials said the site is being secured and the town is working with the contractor and relevant parties to assess the situation. An investigation into the cause of the incident is active and ongoing.
