Deadline for 2014 Hyannis Art Shanties is Friday

Artists, artisans and performers interested in participating in the 2014 Harbor Your Arts shanty program must submit applications by this Friday, Nov. 15.

The Hyannis Art Shanties, which are located in the Hyannis HyArts Cultural District, at Bismore Park, will be open again mid-May through mid-June and daily through the end of September 2014.

Applications to participate in the program are available at www.HyArtsDistrict.com.

Artists will be juried and final selections made by Friday, December 27 based on applications received.

The shanty program is a cooperation between the Town of Barnstable, the Main Street Business Improvement District (BID), Arts Foundation of Cape Cod (AFCC), Cape Cod Art Association (CCAA) and the Hyannis Area Chamber of Commerce.
