With plush seating and sleek decor, Embargo Tapas & Martini Bar brings the swanky, sophisticated ambiance of NYC's best longues and clubs to Cape Cod. 

Embargo serves "tapas," a Spanish traditional style of small-portioned foods, as well as a host of different salads, spring rolls, sliders and a raw bar.

Tapas include olives, ham, marinated artichokes and hummus. Hot dishes are a bit more hearty, like lobster mac and cheese, fish tostadas, baby back ribs and jumbo, stuffed mushrooms.
 
Embargo also has an extensive bar with fine wines, beer and elaborate, specialty martinis. Some martinis include:

• The Mistletoe Kiss (Citron vodka muddled together with fresh lemon Juice, fresh mint, simple syrup)

• Peppermint Patty (Peppermint Schnapps, white crème de cacao, Godiva white & a Peppermint Patty)
