First Annual Cape Cod ADHD Summit Scheduled for Friday

Here are five things you need to know Friday, Oct. 18.
1.There is a chance of morning showers Friday, followed by mostly cloudy skies, according to the National Weather Service. The daytime high will be around 69.
2. The First Annual Cape Cod ADHD Summit is scheduled for Friday, Oct. 18, at the Holiday Inn on Iyannough Road, Hyannis. The event, which starts at 8:30 a.m., is presented by Navigating ADHD, Inc. and Cape Kids Therapy.
3. The knitting group will meet at the Centerville Public Library Friday afternoon at 3:30 p.m.
4. Nauset Disposal in Orleans will hold its annual Trash Bash fundraiser Friday night from 5:30 to 11 p.m.
5. Saturday and Sunday will be sunny, according to the National Weather Service. Saturday's high will be around 65 and Sunday's will be near 62.
