Housing Assistance to Hold Info Session for Two Condos in West Dennis
New condos at the Columns will be available through a lottery for qualifying applicants.

Housing Assistance invites potential homeowners to a virtual info session for two new condominiums in Dennis, on Wednesday, April 16, at 5:30 p.m. Interested buyers can register for the info session, which will be held on Zoom, at haconcapecod.org/lotteries. The session will cover information about the condos and the lottery application process.
The brand new condos are located at 401 Main Street in West Dennis, part of the Residences at the Columns. The Columns is a unique development featuring a restored historic mansion paired with newly constructed modern condos. The two units in this lottery are located in the historic mansion. A future lottery will be held for two townhouse-style units.
Housing Assistance is overseeing the lottery. A one-bedroom condo will be sold for $186,000 (with $260 monthly HOA fee), and a two-bedroom condo will be sold for $199,000 (with $403 monthly HOA fee),

The condos will be sold to eligible applicants whose income does not exceed 80% of Area Median Income (AMI). First time homebuyer, income, and asset restrictions apply. 1-person: $68,500; 2-persons: $78,250; 3-persons: $88,050; 4-persons: $97,800; 5-persons: $105,650; and 6-persons: $113,450. Household assets must be no more than $75,000.
Applications for the lottery can be found online at haconcapecod.org/lotteries. The deadline to apply is Friday, May 16, at 5 p.m. The lottery drawing will be held within 30 days of the application deadline.
