Marstons Mills Fire Under Investigation

BARNSTABLE, MA — A Marstsons Mills fire from last week is under investigation, the Centerville-Osterville-Marstons Mills Fire Department said.

Around 1:45 p.m. Wednesday, officials received a 911 call reporting a fire at 21 Saint Antons Way after a neighbor reported visible flames from the roof.

Fire officials arriving at the scene confirmed the flames, identifying that solar panels on the roof were actively burning.

The firefighters were able to quickly extinguish the fire, preventing the fire from extending into the interior of the home.

No one was injured.
