No Injuries After Car Driven Into Cape Cod Home

Neither the driver nor the occupants of the home suffered injury. An investigation remains ongoing.

YARMOUTH, MA — No one was injured when a car crashed into a Cape Cod residence over the weekend, police said.

Yarmouth Police responded to a report of a car that crashed into a residence on South Shore Drive just after 6 a.m. on Sunday. When officers arrived, they discovered a 2022 Mercedes SUV had crashed through the front of the home.

The vehicle was unoccupied at the time of arrival, and no injuries were reported by the occupants of the home.

Following a brief investigation, officers located the operator at a nearby residence. The incident remains under investigation by the Yarmouth Police Department.
