Osterville Eel River Road Closure Start This Week
The closure is necessary as crews perform drainage improvement work. Here's what to know.
News release from Town of Barnstable.
HYANNIS, MA — In order to facilitate ongoing drainage improvement work, Eel River Road from West Bay Road to Hathaway Road in Osterville Village will be closed to through traffic from Monday, November 18 through Friday, December 6, 2024. The road will be closed to thru traffic during construction hours, Monday-Friday, 7:00AM-4:00PM. After 4:00PM the road will be open to all traffic.
Throughout the closure, access to residences will be maintained. Barnstable Police Department will be onsite assist motorists.
