Police Seek Help In Finding Missing Cape Cod Teen

HYANNIS, MA — Police are seeking the public's help in finding a teen who has been missing for weeks.

Kelsco Porter, 17, was reported missing from Hyannis and frequents the towns of Barnstable and Yarmouth, police said. He has not been seen since Feb. 21.

Porter is described as 5-foot-10, 150 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
