The Falmouth Military Support Group is currently accepting applications from Cape Cod veterans of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom for a 2013-2014 school-year scholarship, the Cape Cod Times reported.
The scholarship awards range from $500 to $1,000 and the deadline is July 31.
To apply, applicants must provide proof of their their Cape Cod residency, enrollment in an accredited college and deployment as well as write a short essay.
Scholarships will be awarded Sept. 1.
