Sewer Construction To Alter Hyannis Traffic Pattern
A private sewer construction project begins this week and will last for about four weeks. Here's what to know during the project.

HYANNIS, MA — Sewer construction on North Street and Bassett Lane will begin this week, officials said.
Starting Monday, Dig-It Construction LLC, is scheduled to begin sewer construction on North Street and Bassett Lane in Hyannis. This project is anticipated to be completed in multiple phases over the course of approximately four weeks, officials said.
The first phase, which starts Monday, will require North Street to be closed from Sea Street Extension to Bassett Lane to through traffic during construction hours.

Throughout the project duration, work will occur Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Access to businesses and residences will be maintained and traffic control personnel will be onsite to assist motorists, officials said.
As construction progresses, additional traffic modifications will be required.
