A 30-year-old Teaticket man convicted of pursuing teenage girls for sex was sentenced this week in Boston to a 15-year prison sentence, reports the Cape Cod Times.

Already classified as a high-risk Level 3 sex offender after two previous convictions, Kevin Reid was arrested in Hyannis in March, 2012 as he met a bus he believed was carrying two girls aged 14 and 16 whom he had lured on the internet for sex, police told Barnstable-Hyannis Patch.

In fact, the Cape Cod Times reports, after Reid's aggressive advances on social media alarmed a young target, her adult family members and police set up a sting that resulted in his arrest.
