3. 712 Oak St., Single Family, 6 Beds, 4 Full Baths, Sq. Ft., 3,200, Lot Size, 1.00 Acres, Sold Date, 10/19/2012. Sold for $275,000.

4. 53 Arbor Way, Single Family, 4 Beds, 2 Full, 1 Partial Baths, Sq. Ft., 2,173, Lot Size: 0.69 Acres, Sold Date, 10/22/2012. Sold for $280,000.
