Homemade Lobster Rolls Take part in a 57-year-old tradition with the Federated Church of Hyannis' Lobster Roll Luncheon. All meals include a lobster roll or hot dog or chicken caesar salad paired with pickles, chips, a homemade dessert and a drink. Enjoy your meal in the church's fellowship room, often accompanied by live piano entertainment, or on the church lawn on Main Street. When and where: From 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. every Friday afternoon at the Federated Church of Hyannis on Main Street.
Barnstable County Fair Celebrate the 169th anniversary of the fair, which will feature roller coasters, petting zoos, birds of prey, local vendors, fair food and more. The grounds officially open Saturday morning. Admission is $10 for adults, $2 for children ages 6 to 12 and kids 5 and under are free. All-you-can-ride wristbands are for sale for $22 each before 7 p.m. on Sunday. When and where: The fair opens on Sunday at noon and close at 10 p.m at the Barnstable County Fairgrounds on Nathan Ellis Highway in East Falmouth. The fair continues through July 27.
