The Beacon Hill Civic Association is holding their annual meeting tonight with the doors opening at 5:30 p.m. and the meeting starting at 6 p.m. at the Union Club, 8 Park St., <a href="http://www.bhcivic.org/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">according to their website</a>. The meeting, the 91st annual meeting for the club, will feature remarks from author <a href="http://bashapirobooks.com/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Barbara Shapiro</a>. Shapiro will be discussing her novel, "The Art Forger," according to the BHCA. The agenda for the meeting includes "the election of 24 residents who will serve as members and officers of the BHCA board of directors, and the presentation of the 17th annual Beacon Award" according to the BCHA. A reception and book signing will immediately follow the meeting.
