1. Police Meet and Greet: The Beacon Hill Civic Association is having its fall Police "Meet and Greet" at the Firehouse, 127 Mt. Vernon St., Thursday at 7 p.m. Come hear the latest in police and public safety news on Beacon Hill.
2. Crush Sale: Save 15 percent on everything at Crush Boutique on Thursday, and stop by the 131 Charles St. store from 5 to 8 p.m. for cider, candy and other treats. Beforehand, you can sign up in the store to enter a raffle for goodies.
