He crosses the sea this December.

BOSTON, MA — This December, Mass. Gov. Charlie Baker is taking a trip to Israel, in hopes of collaborating with the country on key business ventures, and perhaps enticing an Israeli company or two to look at the Bay State.

It will be Baker's first overseas trade mission, according to The Boston Globe, which confirmed the news Wednesday.

Baker is scheduled to arrive in Israel Dec. 9 and depart on Dec. 14, returning to Massachusetts early on Dec. 15, the governor's aides confirmed to the Globe.
