New Poll Weighs Voters' Stance on November Ballot Questions
The WBUR poll, conducted by MassINC. Polling Group, measured Mass. temps on legal marijuana, cage-free chickens, charters, slots.

A new poll out Tuesday finds poor support from Massachusetts votes for lifting a cap on state charter schools and adding a second slots parlor, but forecast support for legalizing recreational marijuana and mandating eggs be cage-free.
That poll was conducted for public radio station WBUR by The MassINC Polling Group, from Sept. 7-10.
The four questions will appear on this November's primary ballot. Between now and then, polling a few months out may not necessarily forecast the final vote, but could hint at where voters are likely to see spending by groups for and against the various ballot measures.
