Bedford Police Log: Drug Arrest, Sell The Airsoft Rifle, Mother-in-Law Refuses to Leave

- On Jan 27., 47-year-old Thomas Steeves of North Andover was arrested on Pine Hill Road for possession of a Class B substance.
- A "suspicious person" reported at the TD Bank on Jan. 27 ended up being a security guard.
- An "unknown animal" killed a deer in a backyard, reported by Ted Worth.
- Woman reported her child refusing to attend school on Jan. 30, Officer Waite was dispatched. The student went to school.
- Thomas Caruso was issued a no-trespass order at Concord District Court on Jan. 30.
- Neighbor reports man revving his engine while fixing his car on Jan 30 at 8 Washington Street.
- A construction company was reported for working beyond regular hours on Jan 31. Alleged a machine was being delivered.
- An incident was reported at the VA by a man who insisted "his rights were being violated" as he was held against his will at the VA.
- On Feb 1. Susan Cheung entered the station with an Airsoft rifle she wished to turn in. Officer French advised her "that this Airsoft rifle was actually quite expensive , and she might want to return it or sell it." She left the station with the item.
- On Feb 3. an unwanted guest incident was called in. A resident of 256 The Great Road, reported "his children just got off the bus and his mother-in-law showed up, possibly intoxicated, and is refusing to leave." She left the property without incident.
