
Middlesex Sheriff Peter Koutoujian’s office is hosting a Youth Public Safety Academy, and Bedford youngsters can join from July 29 to Aug. 2.
The academy is free of charge, and campers ages 9 to 11Â will work with high school councilors, as well as members of the Bedford Police and Fire departments.
They will also learn lessons in anti-bullying, bike safety, fire safety, and how to avoid dangers while on the internet, according to a story in the Bedford Citizen.
