• Carleton-Willard Thanks Scouting America Troop 194 for Nature Trail Work (thebedfordcitizen.org) — Bedford’s Scouting America Troop 194 just received a $2,000 sponsorship check from residents and staff at Carleton-Willard Village, thanking scouts for years of work on the village’s nature trail boardwalks. Troop members, leaders, parents, and residents gathered in the village auditorium, where Troop 194 often holds Eagle ceremonies, and the troop’s regular Tuesday meetings continue at the American Legion post on The Great Road.
   

• MCC Offers Grant Funded Training Programs for Job Seekers (patch.com) — Middlesex Community College is offering free, grant-funded healthcare training programs, and one key partner site is Carleton-Willard Village in Bedford, where potential students may interview for job placement.
