• School Committee Reports Delay in Result of Title IX Investigation of Superintendent (thebedfordcitizen.org) — Bedford’s School Committee is reporting a delay in receiving the official determination from the ongoing Title IX investigation involving Superintendent Cliff Chuang, due to procedural steps taken by the parties. Committee Chair Sarah McGinley says the board is following legal guidance, will be limited by privacy rules when results arrive, and promises further community updates as allowed.
   

• High Winds Bring Down Trees on The Great Road (thebedfordcitizen.org) — High winds brought down a large pine tree along The Great Road near Frost Conservation land in Bedford this morning, briefly disrupting traffic. Bedford DPW, Police, and Fire quickly responded, clearing the tree from a guy wire and removing debris from the roadway in under an hour.
