Phony Paper Passer Nearly Hit Cop With Car, Caught At Walmart, Police Say: Report
The teen led police on a lengthy high-speed chase, according to police, the Sun reported.
BEDFORD, MA — A 19-year-old led the law on a lengthy pursuit, nearly hit a cop with his car and was apprehended at a Chelmsford Walmart where he was trying to change clothes, police said, according to the Lowell Sun.
"Jaeden Tucker was arrested following a sequence of events on July 24 that began at about 2:50 p.m. when officers responded to Brookline Bank on Great Road for reports of someone attempting to cash a check with fraudulent identification, according to the Bedford Police.," the Sun story said.
Tucker, a Lowell resident, fled from police for more than an hour, at one point almost striking an officer with his car, according to police, the story said.

The getaway car was spotted abandoned in the Chelmsford Walmart parking lot, according to police, the Sun said, and Tucker and his passenger were found inside the store where they were "attempting to change their clothing before being taken into custody by the Chelmsford Police."
