Police: Suspicious Vehicles Surveying Open Garages on Hayden Lane

Thursday, Dec. 6
8:13 a.m.- A resident of Dudley Road called to report her one year old, gray cat, was missing. She will follow up with the Animal Control Officer.

12:46 p.m.- The Bedford Police Department recieved a call from a resident of Charlestown reporting a past domestic incident involving her boyfriend. The caller sounded like she was intoxicated, and admitted she had been drinking wine. Boston Police were notified to handle.Â
3:23 p.m.- A resident of Winterberry Way called BPD to report a suspicious dark gray SUV occupied by a male individual parked across the street from their house. The responding officer reported he spoke with the individual, who said he had been talking on his cell phone and was a resident of Winterberry Way.

4:23 p.m.- A resident of Hayden Lane reported a Honda Accord, a silver sedan and a pickup truck have been driving through the area stopping at open garage doors. The responding officers reported the cars were gone upon a check of the area. Another caller reported the vehicles have been frequenting the area. The caller was advised to call back the next time they saw the vehicles.
4:27 p.m.- A resident of Elm Street called to report loud music coming from a neighbor's house. The responding officer spoke with the resident and advised her to turn her music down.
5:31 p.m.- Police received a call reporting a vehicle had hit a sign in front of St. Michael's Church. The responding officer reported there was no obvious sign of damage, and the reporting person was no longer in the area. An individual later came into the station to report she was the one who hit the sign.
7:01 p.m.- Police received a call from a resident of Elm Street reporting loud music coming from a neighbor's house. The reporting person called back before officer's arrived to report the music had been turned down.
