BEDFORD—Turn off the 24-hour news channels and shut the door on the controversy in national politics. Bedford is holding its own town elections on Saturday, Mar. 11, and the town has posted a complete list of candidates on its site. Polls are at John Glenn Middle School from 8:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. Candidates up for re-election are noted by an asterisk.

*Michael A. Rosenberg is running for the Office of Selectmen.
Edward Pierce is running for the Office of Selectmen.
*Zoe Current Pierce is running for the Office of Assessors
Mary E. Seymour is running for the Board of Health.
Ann A. Kiessling-Cooper is running for the Board of Health.
*Jane Puffer is running for Housing Authority.
Jacinda M. Barbehenn is running for Planning Board.
Timothy K. Gray, Jr. is running for Planning Board.
*Rachel Field is running for Library Trustee.
Sarita K. Pillai is running for Library Trustee.
Robin Grace Silbert is running for Library Trustee.
Sarah A. Scoville is running for the School Committee.
