• Franklin County Career & Technical Institute celebrates 37 adult grads (recorder.com) — A Bellingham resident, Janelle Giuliani, was honored with a perseverance award after completing a 12-week trades program at Franklin County Career & Technical Institute. She joined 36 other adult graduates from across western Massachusetts who trained tuition-free in building maintenance, electrical, automotive technology, and welding to launch new careers.
