
1. It's market day as the Belmont Farmers Market will be open from 2 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. in the Claflin Parking lot in Belmont Center. Occasional vendors here this week include Westport Rivers Vineyard & Winery, Coutts Specialty Foods - Mother's Pure Preserves and Mother's Prize (jams), Sara Ran Away with the Spoon (baked goods), Nobscot Artisan Cheese and Real Pops (ice pops) along with all the regular vendors. Watertown's Ryan Lally is a skilled magician from Watertown who has has been performing magic since he was 12. His entertaining and funny act dazzled kids and adults alike at the Market last year. Look for him at 2:15 p.m. in the Events Tent.
2. Insituform Technologies will be conducting sewer and drain work at Oakley and Creeley roads beginning at 7 a.m.
3. Yoga, taught by professional instructors, is being held from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Plymouth Congregational Church, 582 Pleasant St, in Gardiner Hall at the back of the church. $10. All levels welcome just bring your own mat if you can. $6 per child for child care. All proceeds benefit Plymouth Nursery School.
