1. A not-to-be-missed musical event in town: Belmont High School’s annual A Cappella Night at theauditorium beginning at 7 p.m. Top notch singing by great kids. You won’t be disappointed.

2. Office hours for will be from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Claflin Room of the .

3. Belmont High School Girls’ Ice Hockey will take the ice against Winchester at 5 p.m. at the Skip Viglirolo rink on Concord Avenue and hopefully revenge an early season lose to last year’s state champion.

5. A meeting of the , Belmont’s newest volunteer run, community-based library to be run out of the former Benton Branch Library on Oakley Road, will be held at 7:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. in the Staff Room on the Belmont Public Library.
